Our board consists of three Independent Directors, including the Chair, and three Executive Directors. The Directors each bring relevant experience and skills to the Board, including industry and business knowledge, financial management and corporate governance experience. Together, they combine sector knowledge and governance expertise with an intimate understanding of the business and its growth drivers.
