Adairs Ltd. is engaged in retail operations in the manchester and homewares. It operates through the following segments: Adairs, Focus on Furniture and Mocka. The Adairs segment offers a lay-by service to customers, where control of the goods under the lay-by arrangement passes to the customer when the goods have been paid for in full and collected by the customer. The Focus on Furniture segment is a vertically integrated omnichannel furniture and bedding retailer offering well designed, functional, and on-trend products at great value for money through its network of stores in Australia and its online channel. The Mocka segment sells its own exclusive, well-designed, functional and stylish products in the Home Furniture & Decor, Kids and Baby categories. The company was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
