It operates through the following business segments: Bricks and Building Materials, Importing, Distribution, and Contracting. The Distribution segment focuses on the sale and distribution of windows, doors, radiators, and associated parts and accessories. The Contracting segment provides flooring and roofing installation services. The company was founded by Peter Milton and Colin Lunnon in 1984 and is headquartered in Bracknell, the United Kingdom.
