Description

The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. engages in the development, owning, and management of restaurants and lounges. It operates through the following segments: STK, Benihana and Grill Concepts. The STK segment consists of the results of operations from STK restaurants and ONE Hospitality restaurant locations, as well as management, license and incentive fee revenue generated from the STK brand and ONE Hospitality restaurants. The Benihana segment consists of the results of operations from Benihana restaurant locations, as well as franchise revenue from the Benihana brand. The Grill Concepts segment consists of the results of operations of Kona Grill and RA Sushi restaurant locations. The company was founded by Jonathan Segal on December 3, 2004 and is headquartered in Denver, CO.
