The North segment focuses on Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. The company was founded by Donald Ray Horton in 1978 and is headquartered in Arlington, TX.
