Toll Brothers, Inc. engages in the design, building, marketing, and arranging of financing for detached and attached homes in residential communities. It operates through the following geographical segments: North Region, Mid-Atlantic Region, South Region, Mountain Region, and Pacific Region. The North region segment includes Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The Mid-Atlantic region segment consists of Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. The South region segment includes Florida, South Carolina, and Texas. The Mountain region segment consists of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. The Pacific region segment includes California, Oregon, and Washington. The company was founded by Robert I. Toll, and Bruce E. Toll in May 1967 and is headquartered in Fort Washington, PA.
