The U.S.A segment focuses on the acquisition of LLOG interests in the Mississippi Canyon Blocks in the Gulf of Mexico. The All Other segment relates to the closure of its Peruvian branches. The company was founded by Robert Michael Hosking on November 11, 2003 and is headquartered in Southbank, Australia.
