The Webhelp segment GBL Capital and Sienna Investment Managers including s investment’s activity, which includes investments in alternative funds and direct co-investments in private equity, as well as, under consolidated operating activities, the operating subsidiaries of AMB III. The company was founded on January 4, 1902 and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.
