The Real Estate Operations segment focuses on real estate activities, majorly selling and buying of lands and real estate provided by the subsidiaries. The Contracting Operations segment is involved in contracting activities such as constructing villas and other projects. The company was founded on June 23, 1990 and is headquartered in Kuwait City.
