The Plantation and Sugar Milling segment refers to the oil palm plantation and sugar milling activities, which includes the cultivation and milling of palm oil and sugarcane, as well as the production of compound fertilizers. The Others segment includes logistics and jetty port services, and investment activities. The company was founded by Khoon Hong Kuok and Martua Sitorus in 1991 and is headquartered in Singapore.
