The Real Estate segment refers to the construction and leasing of commercial centers. The Other Businesses and Inter-Segment Eliminations segment includes Linio, Falabella.com, Digital Payments, Ikea, Fazil, the industrial sector, Corredora de Seguros de Chile, CF Seguros de Vida, investments in Uruguay and Mexico, investment companies and eliminations. The Banking Business segment relates to the information on all banking business, in Chile and abroad. The company was founded by Salvatore Falabella in 1889 and is headquartered in Santiago, Chile.
