Dalekovod dd engages in the engineering, manufacture, and installation of electric power facilities. It operates through the following segments: Construction, Production, and Other. The Production segment includes forging works, the casting plant, and the laboratory for quality control and the production and sales of metal frames and structures, as well as manufacture and sales of suspension and jointing equipment. The Construction segment comprises of the services of construction and project documentation preparation of power and distribution facilities, transformer stations, laying submarine and subterranean energy and telecommunication cables, posting public lighting, installing antenna, television and telecommunication posts as well as work relating to the construction of motorways. The company was founded in 1949 and is headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia.
